Asking for a certificate reservation. I already registered and I've read that if I wanted to have a certificate I could ask for a reservation. I would like to have one please and I am willing to donate P100 for this. Now, my other question is that, where am I going to give the cash donation (P100)? Is it by the time I'll claim it on PIUS booth at MOA tomorrow?
