Vision
A prosperous community of proud Filipino citizens empowered partly through safe and cheap computer and Internet access, thus enabling them to exercise their basic human rights and social responsibilities toward the betterment of the general welfare or the common good.
Mission Statement
- Education and information are basic universal rights, the tools to achieve them, therefore — computer and Internet — must also be made available to every Filipino home.
- The Internet is a very powerful tool in disseminating information and molding opinions of people; it must not, therefore, be used to corrupt the minds of our youth and destroy basic human values, but instead be harnessed for productive use that enhances the inherent human capacity to discover universal physical principles that result in state-of-the-art science and technology and higher levels of cultural and creative pursuits.
